Adult Forums in May: Knowing Jesus, Growing in Love
May's Adult Forums take us deeper into our vision for this worshiping community and help us answer the question, "How do I fit into the Vision Statement?"
Sunday, May 5: The Rev. Philip DeVaul challenges us to see God living and active in this church. Where do you already see the seeds of this Vision taking root? Where do you see Redeemer as United, as Growing, as Inspired, as Sent?
Sunday, May 12: Anny Stevens-Gleason, Minister of Worship and Incorporation, leads us as we evaluate how we at Church of the Redeemer WELCOME our guests and incorporate all into the life of this worshiping community. Then we will explore some new tools to help us continue to grow with people of every age, race, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic situation, and political persuasion.
Sunday, May 19: The Rev. Joyce Keeshin, Associate for Pastoral Care, looks at how we are living into forming meaningful relationships, including across cultural barriers, through CONNECTION with those within our worshiping community and those in our broader community. We will explore this with a special emphasis on our new Stephen Ministry.
Sunday, May 26: Where do I fit into the Vision Statement? How do we see ourselves as God's presence in this world? Join the Rev. Philip DeVaul.as we discuss Congregational Development at Redeemer and how that work equips each of us to lead and see our part in living out the Vision as we Know Jesus and Grow in Love.
