"What I would say, to you I guess, is to just be kind of
mindful about it. When you are stressed out think about: ‘What’s eating me that’s
making me eat? What is it that’s stressing me out? And… what’s a gentler way of
dealing with it then just cramming a bunch of sugar down my throat that I’m
going to feel horrible about, and then I’m going to be on the
diet-cheat-repent-repeat cycle.’ I think with a lot of people it just comes to forgiveness.
