Communion 101
Communion 101 is an interactive event about the sacrament of the Eucharist for 2nd through 12th graders. Our goal is to generate understanding about why we do what we do around the altar when we worship as Episcopalians. We’ll travel around the church, visit the holy spaces where ministries happen, and share a meal together, all to deepen their appreciation of communion. This also serves as a confirmation fulfillment for anyone working through that process, as well.
We offer this experience yearly on a Saturday in late February or March. For us to plan accordingly, please register here if you would like to participate in the next offering. The most updated information (including the date) will be listed on the registration form so you know when it is planned for the coming year.
