Stewardship of Worship
As we continue to develop worship at Church of the Redeemer our next step is to form small groups to examine the liturgical life of our communities. These stewardship of worship groups (described below) will help us as we continue to discern our worshipping core values.
If you are feeling called to this ministry, follow the link below to apply.
STEWARDSHIP OF WORSHIP GROUPS
For intentional, prayerful management of worship at Redeemer
The Call
To be a steward of worship at Redeemer through participation in focused conversations about the specific service you attend.
The Purpose
To identify the core values of each service’s worshiping community and use that information to guide the enlivening of our vision of worship in our current context.
The Commitment
We will gather in small groups twice through the fall and winter. During this time, you will be asked to observe the service you attend and give feedback on an ongoing basis. There will be a specific focus on what is touching your heart, what is exciting you, what is disturbing you, what matters most to you, and what might need to be attended to in the service itself.
The Follow Up
We will gather in January to name what is pulling on our hearts, where we see the Holy Spirit at work, to clearly articulate our values, and to see what practical areas of opportunity arise from this work.
