Care
Jesus said, “By this they will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”
(John 13:35)
Our pastoral ministries include the many ways that we welcome, support, uplift, care, and pray for one another. Lay ministers and clergy join in welcoming newcomers, celebrating milestones, and caring for those in any need or trouble.

Creation Care
We invite you to join our Creation Care Team at Church of the Redeemer. Moving Forward, “A Guide to Climate Action For Your Congregation and Community,” has gathered an ecumenical board of churches, amongst them The Episcopal Church, who have made a pledge to lead a movement to heal the world and to protect future generations, and Church of the Redeemer will heed that call.
CardLink
This ministry consists of parishioners who send cards on behalf of the parish to newcomers, to members or friends who are ill or in grief, or sometimes in joy (as at the birth of a baby or a significant celebration).
Dementia Inclusive Cincinnati Initiative
Founded by Episcopal Retirement Services and launched in 2017, Dementia Inclusive Cincinnati gathered public, private and non-profit organizations with a goal to gain acceptance for people living with the disease, and, by 2025, establish Cincinnati as the most dementia-inclusive city in America.
Second Half of Life
Some people at Church of the Redeemer, finding themselves in the “Second Half of Life,” have come together to explore ideas for gatherings or programming particularly pertinent to this stage of life.
